Hi, I’m Liam.

I have been in IT for nearly 10 years now, working from a Junior Technician in the banking environment to a Second-Line Engineer for an MSP, along the way I’ve obtained my CompTIA A+, Network+, and ITIL Foundation.

My day-to-day isn’t just closing support tickets, it’s helping companies get through Cyber Essentials, PCI and other industry standards/frameworks. The luxury of working for an MSP is that you come across different technologies, different requirements, and different projects.

I’ve been thinking about starting a blog for a while to pass on knowledge, simplify solutions, and learn – hopefully over time this can become a simple knowledge base.

My plan is to tackle solutions within Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 / 11, and anything that falls into my daily remit and upload that information here.

I’m open to corrections, and please reach out if you’re struggling to fix something.
