In my IT career, I have run or been part of the IT Help Desk – I wanted to create a section within my blog that offers tips and guidance on how to run IT within a company.
There’s a lot more to IT than just turning off and on again!

Apart from your support tickets, there’s a lot more you need to be tracking and completing, from internal IT policies, configuration standards, all the way to how do we recycle our old equipment?
Very much like my Home Projects pages, I want to create a separate page for each area and go into as much detail as possible – I’m also open to assisting or answering any questions you may have.
