With my blog, I wanted to include a section on what I do outside of work.

I’m a firm believer that testing yourself outside the work environment is key to learning, whether that’s doing laptop home repairs, taking a course, or setting up your own internal network / lab.

I for one enjoy learning, in my spare time I’ve managed to pass ITIL, A+, and Network+, with my next goal being to obtain Security+. At the moment, I’m quite enjoying TryHackMe – I’ve yet to do a challenge, but learning about networking / hacking / how to do it / how it prevent it, is extremely interesting to me.

I won’t be adding home projects into the main core of the blog, however – if you hover over Home Projects in the menu bar, it should populate some interesting topics.
